WORKS
"As an architect, I have always sought to be active in our environment and to take part in the greater mission of shaping a better and more beautiful life within our society."
He created nearly 250 works — from monumental buildings such as the Postal Palace on Freedom Square, to numerous urban planning studies, and also projects for family homes and cabins nestled in the small valleys of the Tatras. His works can be found from Bratislava, across Slovakia to Košice, and even in Prague. Two peak periods of his career can be seen in the second half of the 1940s in Bratislava, and later in his co-authorship of the extensive Tatra project developed for the 1970 World Championships in Nordic Disciplines.
